- Background
-
I am a newly certified personal trainer with two months of certification experience, but my fitness journey and commitment to learning began over a year and a half ago. During that time, I’ve dedicated myself to studying body anatomy, movement patterns, and strength training to better understand how the body works and how to help others train effectively. I’m passionate about continuing to grow as a coach while helping others build strength, confidence, and sustainable fitness habits. I believe there’s always something new to learn, and I’m committed to becoming the best coach I can be for every person I have the opportunity to train.
- What I coach
-
- I offer dumbbell strength training, full-body workouts, progressive strength training, and personalized workout programming. I focus on helping individuals build muscle, improve strength and endurance, develop their glutes and lower body, and increase overall fitness. My goal is to meet each person where they are and help them become stronger, both physically and mentally.
- Great fit for
-
My classes are a great fit for adults who want to lose body fat, build strength, improve endurance, and stay consistent with their fitness.
- My coaching style
-
My coaching style is motivating, intentional, supportive, and accountability-driven. I believe in pushing people beyond their comfort zones while creating an environment where they feel encouraged, capable, and empowered. I want every person I coach to understand that fitness is not about perfection; it’s about progress, consistency, and showing up for yourself even when it’s hard. My motto is: Train for greatness, not perfection. Not perfection, just progress!
- Why I coach
-
What I enjoy most is watching people discover their strength and realize they are capable of so much more than they imagined. Seeing someone’s confidence grow, celebrating their progress, and knowing I played a part in helping them become a stronger version of themselves is incredibly rewarding. Fitness is about more than physical transformation; it’s about building discipline, confidence, and a mindset that carries into every area of life.
